Learn how to cook interesting & adventurous recipes for wholesome beans, pulses and grains.

Take home ideas for easy breakfasts, lunch and gourmet dinner inspiration!

All food is plant based vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.

The class is hands on, focusing on knife skills with various cooking techniques and presentation ideas.


The class costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients and recipes & some treats to take home.

All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.


Places are limited and so to secure your place I ask for full payment in advance.
