Sunday 29th October 11-4pm

Join me for some seasonal inspired cooking. All food is plant based vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.

The class is hands on, focusing on knife skills with various cooking techniques and presentation ideas.

The class costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients & recipes.

 It will also include lunch, refreshments and some treats to take home!

Fig & Wild Mushroom Medley

butternut squash & kale pesto

puy & cider sauce

Cinnamon Poached Apple Tart

blackberry puree, vanilla cream

Pumpkin Pie

we will be using local & organic ingredients where possible

all food is vegan, free from gluten & refined sugar free

class content subject to change

All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.

Places are limited and so to secure your place I ask for full payment in advance.
