Inspirational Cookery Classes in Brighton Eat The Seasons Spring Sunday 13th May 11-4pm SOLD OUT Sunday 3rd June 11-4pm SOLD OUT Learn how to create nutritious & delicious plant based food for healthy eating. We will be using lots of fresh seasonal & wholesome vegetables to create nutritious & tasty salads, sides and snacks. The class is hands on, focusing on knife skills with various cooking techniques and presentation ideas. Throughout the course of the day we will make various dishes and feasting on our creations for lunch. There will also be some dishes to take home. The class costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients and recipes. Here are some of the lovely creations we will be making on the day- Crumbed Artichokes with garlic mayo Watercress & Pea Soup Griddled Chicory, Rocket, Raisin & Macadamia Feta Salad Asian Cabbage Stir Fry with ginger, garlic, chilli & coriander Purple Sprouting Broccoli with garlic & breadcrumbs New Potato & Spring Onion Tortilla Salsa Verde Samphire Fritters Asparagus & 'Cheese' Gratin Rhubarb & Strawberry Crumble Slice we will be using local & organic ingredients where possible all food is vegan, free from gluten & refined sugar free class content subject to change All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.
