Fermentation Workshop

Thursday 5th April 6.30-9pm



In this workshop we will be looking at friendly bacteria and yeasts and the ancient art of fermentation.

In the class we will look at making fermented drinks and vegetables,

as well as making cashew cheese using the natural ferment rejuvelac.

The class costs £40 and includes tuition, ingredients and recipes plus some kefir grains & kraut to take home

we will be using local & organic ingredients where possible

all food is vegan & is free from gluten

All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.


Places are limited and so to secure your place I ask for full payment in advance.
