We will show you how to create Italian inspired dishes

without using any animal products!

From homemade egg free pasta and sauces to

biscotti with divine chocolate espresso mousse.

The day will be a mix of demonstrations and hands on learning 

and will include lunch, refreshments and some treats to take home!

The course costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients and recipes.

You will be welcomed with an Italian biscotti, coffee, tea or soft drink.

We will then get onto the fun part which will include


Egg Free pasta

Ravioli filled with spinach & cashew 'cheese'

Tomato pesto cream sauce

Mushroom Arancini

Pine nut truffle cream sauce

Chocolate espresso mousse

We will be using local & organic ingredients where possible
