Inspirational Cookery Classes in Brighton
Healthy Breakfasts & Snacks Sunday 8th April 11-4pm
Learn how to create nutritious & delicious plant based food for healthy eating. We will be using a mixture of beans, grains and wholesome vegetables to create nutritious & tasty dishes to start your day.
The class is hands on, covering knife skills, healthy breakfasts as well as quick & easy lunch/snack ideas. Throughout the course of the day we will make various dishes, feasting on our creations for lunch. The class costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients and recipes.

we will be using local & organic ingredients where possible all food is vegan, free from gluten & refined sugar free class content subject to change
All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.
