Thursday 14th December

6.30-9pm


In one evening we will create a 3 course nutritionally balanced & visually interesting gourmet meal.

All food is plant based vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.

The class is hands on, focusing on knife skills with various cooking techniques and presentation ideas.

At the end of the evening we will sit down to eat our creations.


The course costs £45 and includes tuition, ingredients and recipes.

All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.


Places are limited and so to secure your place I ask for full payment in advance.
