Sunday 21st & 28th January 11-4pm

Start the New Year off learning to create nutritious & delicious plant based food. Vegan vitality is about nourishing the body with healthy, wholesome foods that look & taste amazing! Come find inspiration to cook nutritionally balanced plant based meals using nuts, seeds, pulses & seasonal vegetables.

              The class is hands on, covering knife skills, nut milks, healthy breakfasts, quick & easy lunch ideas             plus a healthy dessert or two!

Throughout the course of the day we will make various seasonal dishes, feasting on our creations for lunch.

The class costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients, recipes & some treats to take home.

Jerusalem Artichoke Soup & Truffled Pine Nut Cream

Pumpkin & Black Bean Chilli

Beetroot Caviar

Gluten Free Cranberry & Orange Cookies

we will be using local & organic ingredients where possible

all food is vegan, free from gluten & refined sugar free

All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.

Places are limited and so to secure your place I ask for full payment in advance.
