Inspirational Cookery Classes in Brighton Vegan Vitality Saturday 16th June 11-4pm Vegan vitality is about nourishing the body with healthy, wholesome foods that look & taste amazing! Come find inspiration to cook nutritionally balanced plant based meals using nuts, seeds, pulses & seasonal vegetables. The class is hands on, covering knife skills, nut milks, healthy breakfasts, quick & easy lunch ideas plus a healthy dessert or two! Throughout the course of the day we will make various seasonal dishes, feasting on our creations for lunch. The class costs £70 and includes tuition, ingredients, recipes & some treats to take home. Dishes may include Nut Mylks & Coconut Hot Chocolate Breakfast Chia Pudding/ Overnight Oats Aubergine Cashew Cheese Rolls Asparagus Gratin Broad Bean & Mint Dip Beetroot Caviar Samphire Fritters Greek Beans Raw Berry Cheese Cake we will be using local & organic ingredients where possible all food is vegan, free from gluten & refined sugar free class content subject to change All classes take place in my beautiful Victorian Grade II listed flat in the Round Hill area of Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport from London and the South East.
